BEFORE & AFTER
Every property is different, but the result is always the same.

Finished with a new retaining wall and stepping stones, a pressure-washed fence, cedar mulch and native plants — a complete transformation.
About the Tarmon
Tarmon Cooney started Tarmon's Property Solutions to support his young family, bringing with him a genuine love for the outdoors and a passion for transforming properties. As a 4th generation Noosa local, he grew up with the area's history passed down through his family giving him a deep, personal connection to the region and the properties within it.
From a patchy lawn to an overgrown garden, Tarmon takes pride in transforming outdoor spaces into something the owner can be proud of. Every job is treated with the same care and attention to detail, whether it's a quick mow or a full property clean up.
