• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Acceptance of quote confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The quoted price is based on the scope of work described in this quote. Any additional work requested by the client will be quoted or charged separately.

• Green waste removal is included only where specifically stated in the quote.

• Any unforeseen site conditions, including but not limited to excessive green waste, hidden debris, rocks, concrete, restricted access, or other obstacles may result in additional charges. The client will be notified before any additional work is undertaken.

• The client is responsible for identifying and marking any underground irrigation, electrical, plumbing, drainage, communication cables, or other services prior to work commencing.

• Tarmon’s Property Solutions will take all reasonable care while carrying out works but accepts no responsibility for damage to unmarked or concealed underground services.

• Tree and plant pruning, reduction, or removal is performed for maintenance purposes only. No guarantee is given regarding future plant health, growth, appearance, or survival.

• Weather conditions, site access, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect scheduling and completion times.

• Ownership of materials and waste remains with the client until payment has been received in full.

• Overdue accounts may incur debt recovery costs, administrative fees, and interest as permitted by law.

• Tarmon’s Property Solutions maintains appropriate insurance coverage and will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.
